I am Interested to Sell / Give on Rent my property in Delhi NCR.

I know, usually,
The Seller gets around 10% initially and the balance after Deduction of TDS and the Seller is required to pay the Agent’s Brokerage Charges equivalent to 1 % of the transaction value on or before Registration and / or giving possession of the property.

The Tenant is required to pay the Monthly Rent, Refundable Interest Free Security Deposit equivalent to 2 months’ Rent, Society Maintenance Charges, Society Charges for Shifting, any other Refundable / non-Refundable Society Charges / Deposits, Electricity Bills, Rent Agreement Documentation Charges, ID proofs and the Tenant Verification. Both the parties are required to pay the Agent’s Brokerage Charges equivalent to 1 month Rent.
