Properties Required for Buying / Taking on Rent
The Tenant is required to pay the Monthly Rent, Refundable Interest Free Security Deposit equivalent to 2 months’ Rent, Society Maintenance Charges, Society Charges for Shifting, any other Refundable / non-Refundable Society Charges / Deposits, Electricity Bills, Rent agreement Documentation Charges, ID proofs, Tenant Verification and the Agent’s Brokerage Charges equivalent to 1 month Rent.

The Buyer is required to pay an initial advance of 10% to the Seller and the balance generally within 30-90 days after deducting and depositing the appropriate TDS, presently 1%, buying the e-Stamp of appropriate value, paying the Registration Fees, and the Agent’s Brokerage Charges equivalent to 1 % of the transaction value on or before the date of Registration or taking the physical possession, whichever is earlier.

Based on your requirements, we will connect with you via our Mobile / WhatsApp number and we will offer you the properties of your choices. On shortlisting of properties by you, we will connect you with the respective owners of the properties. After completing the negotiations at both ends and coming to final resolutions, you will be required to complete the formalities of closing the deal.
