Let’s have a Virtual Tour to Eastend Apartments, the biggest Residential Co-operative Group Housing Society in Mayur Vihar Phase-I, Delhi East, Delhi. The Society is built on a 22 Acre plot of land providing 1306 dwelling units having 958 Flats in 29 Blocks of 8-9 Floors each and 4 Flats on each Floor with Lift and 348 Flats in C Type of 4 Floors each with 3 Flats on each floor without Lift.

There are 4 Gates of the society.
Gate No 2

– This gate is on the Western Periphery of Eastend Society. The visitors are allowed from this Gate only. It is just opposite the gate of New Ashok Nagar Metro Station. It remains closed during Lockdown situations. The nearest Towers / Blocks numbers on the right side are 29 and 28 followed by 27, 26, 12, 11, 10 and 9 and on the extreme left alongside the Boundary wall of the Society moving towards Gate No. 1 are Block Nos. 23, 22, 21, 20 while moving straight from the Gate towards the end meeting the Temple, 6 Ten Mobile Van and the Mother Dairy are block nos. 23, 24, 25, 14, 8 and then the Park and then the Temple. Gate no 1 – This gate is on the Northern Periphery of Eastend Society. This gate is opposite the shops, the Market and the residential cum commercial colony named New Ashok Nagar. It remains open 24 X 7. This gate is meant for the Residents of the society only, no visitors are allowed to enter or exit from this gate. Only a single lane of 3 Multi storey Towers is on the left side while all the remaining 26 Towers / Blocks are on the right side. Nearest Towers / Blocks to this gate are Block no 3 followed by Block no 2 and then block no 1 on the left side, followed by beginning of C Type Flats on the left side and the Mother Dairy, Temple and 6 Ten Confectionery Mobile Van is in the front of the Gate thereafter on the right side. On the right side, the nearest Block no is 4 followed by Block nos. 5-10 in a straight line taking U turn by block nos 11-17 again taking a U turn for the remaining blocks.

Gate no 3 – This gate is on the North East Corner of Eastend Society meant only for the Maids, Labour, workers, etc.

Gate no 4 – This gate is on the South East Corner of Eastend Society, a very small gate meant for pedestrians only, on the back of the society.
