• • The present society maintenance charges are :
    A – If the Flat is Rented :
    C type – Rs.1,170/- per month
    A-1 type – Rs.2,020/- per month
    B type – Rs.2,140/- per month
    B-1 type – Rs.2,225/- per month
    A type – Rs.2,350/- per month
    D type – Rs.2,430/- per month
    

    B – If the Flat is not Rented :
    C Type – Rupees 750/- per month
    Multi Storey – Rs.1,600/- per month
    
    The society charges are mainly for the external security, gardening, electricity, power backup for the external areas only and not for the flat, cleaning, beautification, other maintenance.

    We are pleased to announce the launch of our special services for the Housekeeping and regular maintenance of flats in East End Apartments. The service caters for providing the information on the Service providers for the Plumbing works including seepage, Electrician, Carpenter, Mason, Pest Control, Termite, Bathroom and Kitchen Renovation and minor Repairs, other Interior works like Flooring, Floor polishing, Bathroom doors repairs, Modular kitchen, POP, Woodwork, etc. The Society Welfare Association doesn’t do this job.
  • Several flats are lying vacant and their maintenance is a headache for the owners who are not living in the Society and even those Flats which are rented out but the tenant can not be trusted for its maintenance.
  • The Society mainly takes care of external areas like the Security, Vehicle Parking, Lift and external power backup, External Cleanliness and Beautification, Gardening, Roads, Pathways, Lighting, Play areas, etc.
