Which is the nearest Metro Station and how far is it from the society gate?
The nearest Metro Station is New Ashok Nagar and it is absolutely on the gate no-2 of the society. Gate no-1 is on the other side facing the Market.
Visitors are permitted from gate no-2 only, the residents are, however, allowed to use gate no-1 or gate no-2 as per their choice.
Which is the best time to shift in / out of society?
One can shift between 9 AM to 8 PM only.
What are the present society charges?

The present society maintenance charges are :
A – If the Flat is Rented :
C type – Rs.1,170/- per month
A-1 type – Rs.2,020/- per month
B type – Rs.2,140/- per month
B-1 type – Rs.2,225/- per month
A type – Rs.2,350/- per month
D type – Rs.2,430/- per month

B – If the Flat is not Rented :
C Type – Rupees 750/- per month
Multi Storey – Rs.1,600/- per month

Do I get a free parking ?
Parking for the cars is not given to the owner by default, but it is given only to a resident having a car, whether the owner or the tenant. First car is free and the second car is subject to availability of space and at charges which vary from time to time. Presently it is Rupees 200/- for the second car.
What services do I get for paying the society charges?
The society charges are mainly for the external security, gardening, electricity, power backup for the external areas only and not for the flat, cleaning, beautification, other maintenance.
